Carbondale, IL – Tonight the Friends of the Cross is hosting a fundraiser dinner sponsored by the Giant City Lodge. Proceeds benefit the restoration effort for Bald Knob Cross. A silent and live auction will also be held as apart of the event. For more information call 618-893-2612.
Tonight find out more about the Cache River Watershed during the Cache River Coffee hour from 6pm until 8pm at the Cypress Creek National Wildlife Refuge Office in Ullin. US Fish and Wildlife staff will be available to discuss issues relevant to the Cache River Watershed. For more information call the refuge at 618-634-2231.
Saturday, March 14th from 9:00am until 4:30pm the Carbondale Public Library is holding an E-Bay seminar in conjunction with the John a. Logan Continuing Education Department.
