This is InFocus, I'm Kevin Boucher. Food Works, and the Southern Illinois Farming Alliance recently organizes an on the farm workshop at Mileur Orchards, near Murphysboro.

The co-owner of the farm, Lisa Mileur took us into her fields to show us what is involved in bringing ripe fruit to be ready to picked.

Mileur also talks about how events, such as climate change, are shaping their farming practices.
