It claims that the female was taking body parts from deceased men for a spaghetti cooking competition in Carterville.
The fake story was on a fake news website ktva4.com
The headline of this fake news website says “News you can count on to let you down.”
Sheriff Vick says the about section of KTVA4.com states clearly it is a fabricated satirical news and comedy website.
