Journey back Inside The Blanket Fort this week as we continue our theme of “Back to School with SIU Press” with more of the interview with Carl Walworth and Glenn Poshard, the authors of Son of Southern Illinois: Glenn Poshard’s Life in Politics and Education.
The interview resumes after Dr. Poshard read two sections from the book, one an introduction to a piece of legislation by Mr. Walworth followed by one of Dr. Poshard’s own accounts of the emotions behind what he wanted to accomplish with that legislation.
