The 2025 Southern Arts Fund applications are now available.

The 2025 Southern Arts Fund applications are now available.

These grants financially support artists and organizations throughout the Southern Illinois region.

In the past, S.A.F grants have supported a Juneteenth Block Party, a Community Crash Course in Ceramics, the Brown Bag Concert Series, and more.

Nearly $30,000 in grants will fund public art and entertainment throughout local communities.

Projects will be awarded $2000 to $3500 in grants based on their proposal quality, community need and support, and project dedication.

The Illinois Arts Council, National Endowment for the Arts, and Carbondale's Artspace 304 approve the S.A.F. grants.

A panel appointed by the Artspace Southern Illinois' board of directors will review the proposals that best serve their communities.

Online applications for Southern Arts Fund grants are due on Sunday, February 16.
