John A Logan College is holding a Saturday Signup Day this weekend to register students for the spring semester.
The Saturday Signup Day is designed to allow working adults that can’t make it to the college to register during weekdays.
Assistant Vice President of Marketing, Public Relations and Communications Steve O’keefe says the sign up is open to new and returning students.
“We hope people take this as an opportunity to get out and make a change in their life or to just improve their possibilities in their current career, or maybe seek a new career, so we're going to have people here to talk to them, and we're going to have a full staff here to help handle everyone that's here and.”
New students are encouraged to go the college’s website jalc.edu to fill out an application before Saturday and bring proof of residency.
On Saturday the 8th John A Logan College will assist students from 9 to noon register for classes that start on the 10th.
