A seminar in southern Illinois will provide an overview of the implementation of the Pretrial Fairness Act.
The Illinois Supreme Court Pretrial Implementation Task Force will host an in-person regional education seminar at John A. Logan College on Tuesday, December 13.
The seminar will also address the Legislature’s recent amendments to the law, presentations with Q&A and scenario-based discussions related to pretrial practices.
It is scheduled to go from 8:45 a.m. to 3:45 p.m.
