Multi-agency effort lands nearly a dozen behind bars

Williamson County's Sheriff credits cross-jurisdiction cooperation

Williamson County's Sheriff says a multi-agency effort landed several people with outstanding warrants behind bars over the weekend.

Sheriff Jeff Diederich says the operation, which started Saturday afternoon and lasted into the overnight hours, apprehended people with outstanding warrants for things like domestic battery, disorderly conduct, possession of methamphetamine, and more.

In addition, Diederich says other people were caught up in the warrant effort - and arrested for separate offenses and events.
