A man is in the Williamson County jail after threatening to cause an explosion around a fuel tanker at Circle K gas station in Marion.

Around 10:30 p.m. on August 13, deputies saw Ray Dell Williams, Junior standing in the roadway near Route 13 and Carbon Street. They recognized Williams as someone who had previously stood in the roadway to obstruct traffic.

On the night of August 13, the driver of a fuel tanker said Williams had a lit cigarette near where he was filling the gas tanks, which could've lead to a potential explosion.

The driver told the deputies Williams had made the comment he would "blow all us up".

Williams was arrested and deputies found a white, crystalline substance which later field tested positive for methamphetamine.

Williams was issued citations for Criminal Trespass, Disorderly Conduct, and Possession of Meth.
