A man carrying a handgun in Carbondale has been arrested.
Police say 34-year-old Derrico Quinn of Memphis, Tennessee was taken into custody late Tuesday afternoon after he was spotted walking through a parking lot in the 1400 block of West Main Street.
The firearm was later found to have been reported stolen from Missouri.
Quinn was charged with Unlawful Possession of Firearm by a Felon, Possession of Stolen Firearm, and Unlawful Use of Weapon.
