In Marion, the 14th Annual VA2K and Health Fair is back with goals of moving the body in support of your whole health and well-being, while also helping homeless Veterans. The event is scheduled for May 16, 2024, at the Marion VA Medical Center from 11am to 2pm. The community is invited to participate in the a short two-kilometer walk. The health fair will offer health demos in yoga and reflexology. Learn more about our Veteran services, such as: Caregiver Support, Whole Health, Nutrition, Women’s Health Services, Suicide Prevention, COVID and Pneumonia Vaccines, Toxic Exposure screening, Patient Advocate Office, and more! Carbondale Public Library-Tuesdays at 10am. Join Ms. Francine and Ms. Sarah as we read stories, sing songs, learn rhymes, and have fun!
