FREE DRAMA CAMP NEW DATES – Pushed Back a week July 22-August 2, 4-7 PM: Drama Camp for K thru 12th graders/Homeschoolers. Brad Stamp and his staff will be directing the camp. The campers will be divided into different age groups.
Each day students will learn about aspects of theater and all the behind the scenes it takes to put on a performance. The campers will create their final performance for a show on August 3, 2024 at 2 pm. Snacks will be provided. Performance Saturday, Aug 3 to feature the work of the Campers.
“Problem Gambling Awareness Art Show” is on view at Artspace 304 from June 27 through July 20. Join us for the reception Thursday, June 27 from 5-7pm.
The “Are You Really Winning” public art exhibition for problem gambling awareness is part of an educational campaign in Illinois, aiming to shine a light on the journey from darkness to hope for individuals struggling with gambling addiction.
The second annual art competition invited Illinois-based artists, ages 14 and up, to participate. The competition called for artwork highlighting the impact of problem gambling and motivating those affected to seek help.
This event is free and open to the public. Please park in the First Christian Church parking lot, located on W Monroe St and S University Ave.
