Last spring, the SIU System gathered input from faculty, staff and students on a Campus Climate Survey.

University leaders and representatives from constituency groups will hold a virtual town hall on Tuesday to discuss the findings.

Some of the findings already released revealed the majority of faculty, staff and students feel welcome and safe, but employees expressed concern about compensation and the promotion process and students tend to agree their workload is too heavy.

The virtual town hall will be hosted on the SIU-C Chancellor's YouTube channel on Tuesday from one to three p-m. Questions can be typed into the comment area during the livestream.
