Former Watergate prosecutor and MSNBC legal analyst Jill Wine-Banks will be hosting the 26th Hiram H. Lesar Distinguished Lecture.

Her presentation, Breaking Barriers for Equality, But Still Dancing Backwards in High Heels:How Women's Success Benefits All, will look at her decades-long career and the barriers that women still face today.

When talking about Wine-Banks, School of Law Dean Camille Davidson said, "She recognizes all we have accomplished as women, while also being aware there are still too many ‘firsts’ taking place in 2023."

The free lecture will be in the Lesar Law Building Auditorium on October 4 at 5:30 p.m.
