Saluki Athletics has launched a new vision for the future of its programs.
The $100 million revenue enhancement plan is called "Imagine: Salukis Unleashed."
The campaign will be included in the university-wide Imagine SIU 2030 fundraising campaign.
The 10-year initiative includes plans for the construction of a basketball practice facility; an indoor football practice facility and new locker room space; an enhanced baseball clubhouse and training facility with an indoor hitting facility; a new stadium for Saluki Women's Soccer; a golf practice facility and upgrades to Lingle Hall, Banterra Center, Charlotte West Stadium, and Shea Natatorium.
There will also be an enhanced push to increase scholarship opportunities and wraparound services, including nutrition and mental health services.
