SIU-Carbondale is hosting a financial literacy workshop next week throughout southern Illinois.
The University's Small Business Community Navigator Program will offer Make Me Bankable, presented with Operation Hope, at no cost to help participants learn the fundamentals of credit, explore effective strategies to repair and enhance credit scores as well as manage money and credit for maximum potential.
The workshops will be held June 4 and 5 in Carbondale, Marion, Mt. Vernon and West Frankfort.
