Arrowleaf's Client Choice Food Pantry has received a $5000 grant from Ameren Illinois. The grant will be used to buy staple food items for the pantry in Vienna.
Jennifer Lee, the Community Relations Executive with Ameren Illinois, presented the check to Arrowleaf on Tuesday, April 9. The Community Engagement Assistant Director Marsha Hayes stocked the shelves with supplemental food items using the grant dollars.
Arrowleaf's Client Choice Food Pantry program is open to anyone in the southern seven counties of Illinois, prioritizing Alexander, Johnson, and Pulaski Counties. There are no family size or income requirements to participate in the program. Both Cairo and Vienna sites are open Tuesday through Thursday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
