Democratic State Senator Daniel Biss of Evanston was one of the key architects of a plan to overhaul Illinois' troubled public employee pension system.
Biss was in Carbondale Tuesday and sat down with WSIU's Jak Tichenor for a special Morning Conversation to talk about pension reform and a retirement proposal that is still pending in the General Assembly.
