TikTok avoids a ban and closes a deal to form a new American entity

American TikTok users can continue using the app after the social media company signed agreements with investors, including Oracle, Silver Lake and MGX to form the new TikTok U.S. joint venture.

Rep. Ro Khanna represents California’s Silicon Valley and joins us with his perspective on the deal.
