The Carbondale Police Department is requesting assistance from the public in locating 67 year-old Richard L. Slomkowski of Carbondale. Richard was last seen on August 13, 2024 at 7:00 p.m. in the area of West Main Street and New Era Road in Carbondale.
Richard is 5’05” inches tall, weighing 125 pounds, with blue eyes and gray hair. Richard was last seen wearing a purple shirt, black pants, and black and white shoes Richard has a condition that places him at risk. A picture of Richard can be found at wsiu.org
