Carbondale, IL – The Southern Illinois Music Festival continues its performances and events this week. You can join in the fun with Klassics for Kids at 10am Wednesday in DuQuoin, Jive with Jazz at 10:00am at the Herrin Civic Center, or in the evening enjoy the New Arts Jazztet at the Herrin Civic Center or Chamber Concert in Murphysboro... both at 7:00pm. The 54th Annual Rend Lake Days and Sesser Homecoming kick of this week in Franklin County. Food, rides, music and more are on the schedule Wednesday-Saturday at Sesser City Park. For more information, call (618)625-3611.
