Sheila Simon Visits Southeastern Illinois College

Carbondale, IL – Lt. Governor Sheila Simon is bringing her Complete College Tour to southern Illinois again.

As part of the state's goal of having 60 percent of working-age adults obtain college degrees or certificates by 2025, Simon will meet with students, faculty, and administrators at Southeastern Illinois College in Harrisburg. Simon will discuss areas in which the school excels and roadblocks to future success.

Southeastern is the 11th stop on Simon's tour of the state's 48 community colleges. Simon will visit Southeastern on Monday.
