French President Macron meets with Putin to discuss crisis brewing between Russia, Ukraine

French President Emmanuel Macron meets with Russian President Vladimir Putin on Monday. Macron is trying to diffuse mounting tension between Russia and Ukraine and reach a diplomatic solution to the crisis.
