A popular in-person fundraiser to support the Boys and Girls Clubs of Southern Illinois is returning this year. The Trivia Night at the Oscars this year will be held at the Pavilion in Marion on April 9. The club's CEO Tina Carpenter says, in addition to bringing in money to help young people, the evening helps get the club's message out.

"This event really helps raise funds, and raise awareness of what it is that we do for the youth and have a blast at the same time."

Carpenter says, through the years, she is pleased with the young people the club has served.

"Having been around more than 17 years now, we actually have leadership, that were club members."

For more information and to register for Trivia Night at the Oscars, you can call 618-457-8877 or visit: https://bgcsi.org/
Carpenter says Teams are encouraged to registered by April 8.
