BGCSI is Painting a Brighter Future with "Whatever It Takes"

“Whatever it Takes” is the name of The Boys and Girls Club of Southern Illinois' new fundraising campaign. The campaign hopes to boost funds before the end of their fiscal year by working with area residents who are interested in making a difference in the lives of children in our region. The Whatever It Takes Walkathon challenges you to walk 30 miles in June. This is primarily through social media, but there will be an in-person event to kick it off on Friday, June 2nd at SIU Campus lake at 4:30 pm. Walk around the lake and log your first 2+ miles and then enjoy a cookout with friends and family.
