Can diet and exercise lower the risk of Alzheimer's?

The results of a $40 million study show that interventions like diet and exercise can prevent declines in cognition and memory in older people at risk of Alzheimer’s.

NPR’s Jon Hamilton reports from the Alzheimer’s Association International Conference in Toronto.
