Artspace Southern Illinois has announced a Call for Proposals for 2026 Arts and Humanities Amaze Conference, happening Saturday March 21st, at John A. Logan College in Carterville.
The conference will feature presentations, panel discussions, and hands-on workshops led by regional artists, educators, writers, historians, and cultural advocates. Organizers say the event is designed to bring creative people together to collaborate, connect and celebrate innovation across the arts and humanities. This year's keynote speaker will be Beth Lo, a national celebrated ceramic artist, educator, illustrator, and musician.
Arts professionals across Southern illinois are being invited to submit proposals to present or lead a workshop at major regional conference this spring. Selected presenters will receive an honorarium and complimentary conference admission.
The deadline to apply in January 22nd. applications can be submitted online through Artspace Southern Illinois under the Events Calendar.
