For Kids' Sake reached its 45-thousand dollar fundraising goal during the 9th Annual For Kids' Sake Superhero 5K on Saturday.
Organizers say over 350 registered for the race along with the help of 50 local business sponsors and over 100 volunteers.
All proceeds will provide resources to 550 orphans and four thousand students in Bangladesh.
Donations are still being accepted at for-kids-sake-dot-net to help close the remaining 80-thousand dollar funding gap for the year.
