SIU Coach Meade Smith and the Saluki strength and conditioning team led a workshop at the SIH Coaches Clinic on March 28.

WSIU's Brad Palmer spoke with Smith about conditioning athletes from youth to the collegiate level. Smith begins by talking about the importance of getting young people to move and the role youth sports can play in that effort.
