BBB tips: How to reduce robocalls

In the first two months of this year, the Better Business Bureau reports people in Illinois and Missouri received nearly 236 million robocalls.

WSIU's Brad Palmer spoke with the BBB’s regional director Sydney Waters about how to reduce these calls; which ones are legal and how artificial intelligence is making robocalls more convincing.
