The 2025 Du Quoin State Fair runs August 22-September 1.

People are quite familiar with the fairgrounds during that time, but the facility stays busy year-round.

WSIU's Brad Palmer sat down with fair manager Luke Davison to talk about the importance of keeping the 1,450 acre site busy beyond its signature event.
