Blue Sky Vineyard received some impressive recognition at the prestigious San Francisco Chronicle Wine Competition.

Competing against wines from across the country, Blue Sky’s estate-grown wines rose to the top, earning multiple top-tier awards.

Blue Sky Vineyard’s Norton and Rosé were each awarded Double Gold Medals, the competition’s highest honor, recognizing wines that receive gold medal scores from every judge on the panel. Additionally, Seyval and Vintners Select each earned Gold Medals.

Brandy Nance, Blue Sky's Marketing & Event Director, says the San Francisco Chronicle Wine Competition is known for its large field of entries, and rigorous judging standards, making these accolades a significant achievement for the southern Illinois winery.
