Brian Elias and Kyle McAdams of Pink Tiger Farm in Goreville showcase their handcrafted, farm-to-jar chili powders and spice blends at a local market

Pink Tiger Farm in Goreville is now part of the Illinois Made program, recognized for its bold, small-batch flavors and local roots. LGBTQ-owned by Brian Elias and Kyle McAdams, the farm specializes in chili powders, spice blends, and infused vinegars—all crafted from ingredients grown right on their Southern Illinois land.

Every year, the Illinois Office of Tourism selects a group of locally owned businesses - known as Illinois Made Makers - whose authentic products and unique experiences reflect the best of Illinois’ culture.

After moving from Chicago, the pair built a farm-to-jar business that makes it easy to spice up everyday meals. Whether it’s ancho chili mayo or candied habanero deviled eggs, Pink Tiger Farm brings big flavor without the fuss.
