LGBTQ-owned by Brian Elias and Kyle McAdams, the farm specializes in chili powders, spice blends, and infused vinegars—all crafted from ingredients grown right on their Southern Illinois land.
Every year, the Illinois Office of Tourism selects a group of locally owned businesses - known as Illinois Made Makers - whose authentic products and unique experiences reflect the best of Illinois’ culture.
