The Shawnee College Criminal Justice Program has postponed their virtual forum discussing policing in the 21st Century due to scheduling conflicts.
The new date is July 27th at 1pm and will be streamed on Zoom.
Over half a dozen panelist from state and local law enforcement will discuss multiple topics they encounter policing in today's world.
They'll cover issues ranging from drugs, race, education, gender, sexuality and more.
One panelist is a retired detective from the Bahamas and will speak about the dangers of combating drug cartels.
Another panelist will share her experience being an officer of the law and a lesbian.
