Shawnee Community College is prepared to announce its new president.
The new school leader will be announced during Tuesday's Board of Trustees meeting, which will be held on ZOOM.
The list of eight finalists for the job was released in July. Since then, candidate interviews have been going on with COVID-19 restrictions.
The new permanent president will succeed Peggy Bradford, who announced her departure in March 2019 after a tenure marked by controversy, with faculty complaining about her leadership and decisions.
The Board of Trustees meeting starts at 5:30 p.m. Tuesday. A link to the ZOOM meeting is available here.
