Egyptian Electric Cooperative Association is inviting teachers to apply for $500 Classroom Empowerment Grants for the 2025-26 school year.
EECA will award ten grants to support innovative projects that enhance learning and increase educational resources. The program is open to public and private K-12 schools across the co-op’s service territory, including Carbondale, Murphysboro, DuQuoin, Pinckneyville, Sparta, and other area districts. Applications are due November 7, with winners announced by December 5.
