Due to an increasing number of COVID positive results among students and staff in the West Frankfort School District, the district has decided to return to remote only learning.
Superintendent Matt Donkin says the remote only plan starts Wednesday and runs until November 13. He says this will work the same as it did the first three weeks of school.
Donkin says the district will monitor the local health situation and tentatively plans to resume in-person learning on November 16.
