Residents of Marion Franklin and Jefferson counties can give their opinions of the current health care needs, thanks to a survey being conducted by SSM Health.

Rebecca Niemerg with SSM Health says easy access to a doctor  is a big concern.

"Revolve around improving access to mental health services, providing a greater array of substance abuse services, and improving nutrition within the community."

Niemberg adds if you are unable to take the survey online, you can request a paper copy by calling 618-899-1082. Niemerg says The Affordable Care Act mandates non-profit hospitals  to conduct a community Health Needs Assessment every three years.
