A Carbondale non-profit helping expectant mothers and their families are recipients of a grant allowing them to expand their services.
The Little Resource Center Carbondale is implementing a $10,000 grant they received from the Molina Healthcare Foundation to provide more doula and educational services.
Doulas provides emotional, physical, and educational support for families while they're going through their pregnancy. Mays says they also provide services up to a year post-partum.
