St. Louis Man Arrested for Road Rage on I-55 in SE Missouri

A 20-year-old St. Louis man faces a gun charge after a reported road rage incident on Interstate 55 in Perry County, Missouri late Tuesday morning.

Perry County Sheriff Gary Schaaf reports Nathan Roberson Jr. is charged with unlawful use of a weapon and possession of drug paraphernalia.
The sheriff says it happened about 11:34 a.m. when an Ava, Illinois couple called 911 to report as a silver vehicle passed them on I-55, one of the occupants pointed a firearm at them.

Deputies responded and located the vehicle after it got off at the Perryville exit.

The four occupants were detained while deputies conducted an investigation, and Roberson was determined to be the one who pointed a 9mm pistol, at the couple. He was then taken into custody.
