Belleville Man Sentenced To 40 Years For Washington County Murder

45 year-old Kevin Loucks has been sentenced to 40 years in prison for the murder 44 year-old Montez Pearson.

The Belleville Illinois native was found guilty of First-Degree Murder last October after an extensive investigation by the Illinois State Police Division of Criminal Investigation Zone 7.

Pearson was found dead near Lunte Creek Road in Washington County on July 19, 2023. Loucks was taken into custody on July 23, after a search warrant was executed at his residence in Belleville.
