A teenage girl -- missing since July 21 from Murphysboro -- was apparently spotted last week in another southern Illinois community.
The Murphysboro Police Department says the 16-year-old female -- named Harlan -- is believed to be a runaway and was last seen August 20 in Dowell.
Officers say Harlan is white, 5'1", 126 lbs with blue eyes. She had blonde hair with orange streaks.
