A Jefferson County runaway teen last seen in Carbondale

The Carbondale Police Department is asking for help in finding a teenage runaway.

Officers say 17-year-old Kaylin Marie Gannon of Ina was last seen on August Friday at approximately 9:00 p.m. in the 1300 block of East Main Street in Carbondale.

She is described as 5’04” tall, weighing 120 pounds, with brown hair and blue eyes. Kaylin was last seen wearing a black and white sweatshirt, blue jeans, and slip-on shoes.

She is believed to be in the company of a known acquaintance and is known to frequent the 700 block of South Lewis Lane.

Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Kaylin should contact the Carbondale Police Department at 618-457-3200.
