This week in labor history in 1918 – President Wilson establishes the War Labor Board, composed of representatives from business and Labor, to arbitrate disputes between workers and employers during World War I.
Locally, the hunt is on! The public is welcome to bring children to the 4th Annual Easter Egg Celebration on Saturday, April 8th at 10am. The event will be at at Laborers’ Local 773 at 5102 Ed Smith Way in Marion. All families are welcomed to bring the kids to take part in the hunt for Easter Eggs.
