Fowler Bonan Foundation kicked off the 5th Annual “Together We CAN” Canned Soup Drive this Valentine’s Day. During the season of love, Southern Illinois is coming together to show its big heart! This year, organizers are hoping to spread even more love throughout the region by collecting cans of soup to benefit neighbors in need. The drive will run until April 14, with a goal to surpass a past impressive record of 53,000 cans of soup. The Illinois State Museum (ISM) announces the March 15 opening of "Here, There: New Perspectives on the Collection," a guest-curated exhibition featuring modern and contemporary artworks by Illinois artists, in its second-floor galleries at its Springfield location.
