ON THIS DAY in 1876 marked the day of the First telephone call from Alexander Graham Bell to his assistant Thomas Watson.
 

Adler Planetarium will be visiting Marion Carnegie Library on March 12th from 5 to 6:30pm. Fun, hands-on activities will be led by Adler staff. See the moon, mars and an asteroid meteorite collection and create lunar craters using household materials. Also use a special telescope to explore the sun safely. In Mt Vernon, Cedarhurst offers youth art classes.
