Central Christian Church is hosting its 29th Annual Thanksgiving Dinner, a beloved tradition of community fellowship and gratitude. The event will take place on Thanksgiving Day, Nov 27th from 11:00AM to 1:00PM, at Central Christian Church in both Mt. Vernon 301 N 10th St. and Carbondale 2431 W Main St.
This free dinner is open to everyone in the community. Guests will enjoy a traditional Thanksgiving meal, featuring turkey, stuffing, mashed potatoes, and all the classic trimmings, prepared by a team of dedicated volunteers.
Both locations will offer dine-in, sit-down style dining. Mt. Vernon is offering meal delivery for those who are unable to attend in person. To arrange a delivery, please call the church office at 618-242-4185 Monday, Nov 24-Wed, November 26. Mt. Vernon will also have a coat giveaway onsite during the meal for those in need.
