The SIU football team scrimmages Thursday evening and those who attend can help a local organization at the same time.
The football Salukis are collecting diapers for the Women's Center.
Head Coach Nick Hill says people are encourages to bring a box of diapers and watch some football.
The scrimmage starts at 6 p.m. Thursday at Saluki Stadium.
Hill says even if you can't come to the scrimmage you can drop off a box of diapers at the Saluki football office anytime this week.
SIU kicks off the season at Murray State on August 30th.
