A second Saluki men's basketball player is leaving the program in the wake of the firing of head coach Bryan Mullins.
Kennard Davis announced on X Friday he is transferring to pursue another opportunity.
Davis started 10 games this past season. He averaged 4.2 points and 3 rebounds per game in his freshman season.

Troy D'Amico also decided to transfer after Mullins' departure.
The junior started all 32 games this past season. He averaged 9.3 points per game, second best on the team, and 3.7 rebounds per contest.
Mullins was fired soon after the Salukis lost to UIC in the opening round of the Missouri Valley Conference tournament.
The Saluki Hall of Famer coached five season at his alma mater and finished with 86 wins and 68 losses.
A nationwide search for his replacement is underway.
