Amtrak passengers should expect delayed departure times on January 22nd due to track improvements by Canadian National Railway.
A City of Carbondale news release says Train 390 that normally operates between Chicago and Carbondale will stop in Champaign; bus service will be provided to Carbondale.
Train 391, which normally operates between Carbondale and Chicago, will start in Champaign; bus service will be provided to Champaign from Carbondale.
